We are looking for an Investment Specialist to work at Alyat Technology Investments Holding A.Ş.

General Qualifications

• BA, BSc in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or in a related field,
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar position,
• Advanced Level of English (both written and verbal),
• Strong analytical skills and business judgement,
• No travel restrictions,
• Effective interpersonal skills and communication skills.

Job Description

• Conducting market research and competitive analysis within the scope of new funds, company investments for Alarko PE or new funds and company investments outside Formus for Alarko VC, and preparing investment notes,
• Preparing Investment Committee presentations, periodic management reports, and investor presentations for Alarko VC and PE; representing Alarko Capital by participating in investment committees; also managing operational processes such as deal badge tracking and Investment Committee minutes,
• To carry out and follow up the capital calls, repayment processes and other operations of the funds for Alarko PE and VC, jointly with the accounting and legal unit,
• Following up legal Due Diligence processes regarding new investments for Alarko VC and PE with internal units and external legal advisors,
• Coordinating documentation (SHA, subscription, etc.) on new and existing investments for Alarko VC and PE with legal and accounting units,
• Coordinating cash inflows/outflows and invoice payments with accounting and finance units,
• Managing relations with internal (accounting, finance, law, consolidation) and external (legal counsel, fund managers, service providers, consultants) units,
• To monitor and communicate with portfolio companies and funds within the scope of both VC, PE and Public Equity,
• Researching and identifying new areas and business relationships that may be beneficial for the unit, organizing meetings with target companies and portfolio companies for potential investments and periodic follow-up,
• To periodically report and analyze Alser investments.
