EHS Engineer

We are looking for a Health, Education and Environment (HSE) Engineer to be evaluated in our company that produces Solar Energy Panels in Istanbul - Tuzla Leather industrial area.

General Qualifications and Job Description

Graduated from the Environmental, Mechanical, Industrial and Engineering departments of universities,

Preferably have one of the Occupational Safety Expertise (A-B-C) certificates,

Knowledge of environmental legislation and practices,

Able to manage relations with official institutions and organizations,

Proficient in Ms Office Programs,

High organizational skills,

High representation and negotiation skills,

Strong communication skills, prone to team work, analytical thinking,

High motivation for learning and work,

Developed problem solving skills,

No travel restrictions,

Able to drive actively,

Be able to carry out auditing and training activities in Health, Safety, Environment and Security (HSE-S) studies in business processes,

Able to take part in coordination processes with consultancy companies

Competent in conducting inspections and providing training

Able to use MS Office programs

To carry out and maintain practices related to Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental Management, to determine targets and ensure controls,

To work to raise awareness of employees regarding Occupational Safety and Environmental Management and to provide training,

Carrying out activities to obtain environmental permits and licenses,

To ensure that improvement studies are implemented by following the requirements of ISO 9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards.

Performing duties such as monitoring and reporting practices related to procedures,

To ensure that the waste management system is carried out in accordance with the legislation,

Following environmental and OHS legislation and adapting the necessary practices to company activities,

To carry out periodic checks on environmental and OHS issues and to ensure that legal requirements are met.
