We are looking for a professional Operations Manager who canoversee the short-and long-term planning for all Café & Bakeries operations in Cinnabon.

Manages front- and back-of-house operations to achieve customer satisfaction and quality service while meeting or exceeding financial goals.

The specific duties of an Operations Manager include formulating strategy, improving performance, procuring material and resources and securing compliance. You should be ready to mentor your team members, find ways to increase quality of customer service and implement best practices across all levels.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Develop a business plan,
  • Develop a risk management framework, policy, and process,
  • Develop and establish a financial budget and plans,
  • Develop and maintain business continuity strategies, policies, and guidelines,
  • Develop managers and high potential employees through organizational talentcapability review,
  • Develop a service recovery framework,Drive customer loyalty for service excellence,
  • Drive service quality and customer satisfaction,
  • Establish and maintain strategic business partner relationships,
  • Establish business continuity processes,
  • Establish business strategies for the business function,
  • Facilitate innovation and lead managers to manage change,
  • Facilitate innovation process within the organization,
  • Foster business relationships and organizational diversity,
  • Lead outlet managers to develop organizational and governance strategies,
  • Manage compliance with food and beverage hygiene policies and procedures,
  • Oversee revenue and expenditure management,
  • Oversee and manage the outlets’ Profit and Loss by meeting monthly sales target,
  • Provide leadership during crisis situations,
  • Resolve conflicts with stakeholders,
  • Strategize service operations.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

  • Cafe & restaurant experience,
  • Proven work experience as Operations Manager role and ong term work available inprevious experience,
  • Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management,
  • Experience budgeting and forecasting,
  • Familiarity with business and financial principles,
  • Excellent communication skills,
  • Leadership ability,
  • Outstanding organizational skills,
  • Advanced knowledge of English

More than 3 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Graduate)
Completed
