QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
INTERNATIONAL SALES SPECIALIST IN HEALTH TOURISM
**Applicants with sales experience in dental tourism are given priority.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for ambitious English or/and German/French speaking sales specialists who will be working in the sales department for patients that would like to have their treatments with Dent Glow Clinic in Turkey.
The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks related to selling and coordinating medical travel packages. This includes providing information and assistance to potential clients, organizing treatment plans, coordinating doctor consultations and hospital appointments, and ensuring a seamless travel experience for our clients. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with healthcare providers and clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Online sales and coordination with international patients via telephone, instant messaging or online chat
• Transferring the patient files received from the relevant platforms to the CRM platform and creating patient records
• Enquiry follow up and turn the leads into sales
• Pass the required information clearly to the patients about dental tourism packages
• Prepare and share price quotations to patients for their dental packages
• Daily / weekly / monthly reporting
• Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
• Other tasks given by management
Requirements
• Bachelor or master graduate from a university
• Advanced level of English or/and German/French
• Other European language is preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in Medical Tourism
• Advanced negotiation skills
• Good communication skills
• Good listener and explains clearly with confidence and friendliness
• Able to communicate and convince easily over the phone and online
• Persistent, passionate, enthusiastic and sales driven
• Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking and questioning skills,
• Compatible with dynamic work tempo and flexible working hours,
• Giving due importance to corporate identity and brand image
• Motivated to work towards goals
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and responsible
• Preferably experienced in working with CRMs
