We are looking for someone to support our marketing/communications team with researching and implementing new ideas for our predominantly Instagram, Threads, and TikTok channels. We don’t make a big deal of the exact years of experience; instead, we want our candidates to show the following qualities:

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (both oral and written), other languages are a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with managing social media accounts and conducting target audience research
• Genuine interest in the fields of cyber security and threat intelligence, existing experience in tech is a plus
• Willingness to learn and ability to craft creative content aligned with the company’s objectives
• Eagerness to think outside of the box and come up with new ideas
• Ability to shape the deliverables depending on the target audiences
• Team player who knows how to take responsibility and see the bigger picture

Responsibilities:

• Managing the primary communication with the customer through omnichannel platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram DM, Facebook Messenger, Google Business Messages, Info Mail )
• Taking full ownership of communication requests through social media platforms and responding to the questions, and comments of the customers promptly to approach their queries (Google Business, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)
• Supporting social media strategy along with digital marketing manager and following trends and innovations in social media tools and keeping the perspective up to date,
• Brand awareness and online reputation management,
• Developing interactive solutions that will increase the efficiency of social media and digital marketing setup suggestions,
• Developing a successful social media and community management strategy and managing operations for all customers on important platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
• Researching social media trends and brainstorming the use of these trends for our social media channels and proposing content ideas based on the research conducted
• Researching the trending topics in the industry, approaches and tendencies or target audience
• Closely collaborating with other people on the team (video editor, designer) to bring those ideas into action
• Following up on social listening and monitoring tools and creating action plans for all kinds of communication opportunities.
• Analyzing and measuring the results of strategies and feeds back to necessary units for optimization.
