QUALIFICATIONS

•Ability to use MS Office and CAD applications (Autocad and Catia)
•Bachelor's Degree; Engineering areas, preferably Mechanical Engineering
•Advanced level of English
•Strong and positive communication skills

•Good leadership

•Min 2 years of experience in automotive industry field, especially new product development and program launch

•Knowledge on APQP, PPAP and IATF 16949

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Create and update periodically and highly Visual aids , Control plan, PFMEA (APIS software) , Process flow chart, Capacity analysis reports (eCars).

•Support on time PSW releases with all above PPAP documents.

•Coordination and feasibility with central PD & fixture suppliers for product 3D data and 2D drawings.

•Creating of bill of materials with company PLM tools.

•Defining all production equipment and labor costs for new programs or engineering changes.
• Manage new  Al. tube and hose assembly AC lines development process or engineering changes according to customer delivery phases.
•Take part in development of all necessary production tools and fixtures together with suppliers

•Follow and arrange and execute customer special deliveries (Prototype, pilot and pre-serial production etc.)

•Attend quality improvement meetings for new programs and implement actions to the production together with all project documentation updates.
• Create or find and evaluate, better and more efficient ways to manufacture our products, which involves techniques, processes, and procedures. 

• Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements, and equipment layout.
• Support production KPI's such as Quality, HS&E, FTT, OEE and productivity.
