We are a pioneering company in our field, specializing in the production of 3D printers and resin. We hold a significant share in Turkey's 3D printer exports, with production facilities, R&D centers, and sales offices located in Istanbul, as well as sales offices in Adana, Antalya, Kahramanmaraş, Miami (USA), Amsterdam (Netherlands), and Dubai (UAE). Currently, we are seeking a team member to join our Purchasing Department, responsible for coordinating procurement activities primarily from overseas in collaboration with our Production and Finance Departments.

**General Qualifications:**

- Graduated from a university with a degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement.

- Proficient in MS Excel.

- Advanced level of English proficiency.

- Familiarity with import and export regulations.

- Experienced in customs clearance, transportation, and taxation.

- Preferably residing on the Anatolian side of Istanbul.

- Possess planning and organizational skills.

- Detail-oriented and analytical, with a focus on time and results.

- Team player with strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Capable of analyzing different data to make informed decisions.

- Preferably experienced with LOGO Tiger.

- Completed military service for male candidates.

- Ability to represent the organization.

**Job Description:**

- Coordinate with suppliers, planning, quality, and finance departments.

- Compile procurement requests based on planned production according to product recipes and plan purchases in line with cash flow.

- Monitor supplier quality and delivery performance.

- Manage relationships with existing suppliers.

- Establish and maintain an up-to-date portfolio of alternative suppliers.

- Maintain controlled turnover of raw material stocks.

- Oversee import processes for overseas orders.

- Plan the logistics of supplier orders.

- Prepare, negotiate, and manage procurement contracts.

- Understand different pricing models and select the most suitable price offer.

- Monitor price variances for purchased materials.

- Maintain archive and file tracking.
