QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

For our Marketing, Sales and Product Management team, understanding the full potential of our technology and the trends in our markets is highly rewarding. In addition, helping customers all over the world improve efficiency, save resources and reduce emissions gives our work a powerful sense of purpose. Working within the EL Market Southern Europe/ELGM/Electrification, you will implement all marketing strategies, in support of the sales team in Turkey/Istanbul.

Reporting to the LineManager, you will coordinate sales activities, events and market research to meet business objectives and increase market share.

Your Background

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, 

Min 2 years of sales and marketing experience in control products,

Demonstrated strong verbal/written and presentation skills to all levels in an organization,

Demonstrated strong problem solving and negotiation skills,

Ability to work independently and manage time,

Open to travel,

Excellent command of English both verbally and in writing,

Advanced level of MS Office Applications.

 

Your Responsibilities

 

Strategy: Implements the local go-to–market product marketing strategy, including definition and communication of product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy.

Target:Achieves product marketing targets and budgets through regular oversight and definition and implementation of improvement plans as needed. Responsible for achieving key targets for control products  by promoting to target end users, EPCs, and consulting engineering firms.

Sales: Provides product and technical support to sales team.

Customer Relations:     Manages and develops appropriate relationships with customers and key accounts.  Supports customers in adopting the new products and facilitates problem resolution.

Pricing: Define clear pricing structure for responsible product groups based upon competition.
