As the leading technology company operating in the mobile phone manufacturing industry, which has a facility located  in Tuzla; we are looking forward to meeting our new team member who will be contributing his/her broad expertise and will be responsible for engineering of the phone manufacturing process in our expanding organization as  ‘Quality Engineers’.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

University graduate, preferably from Electronics, Mechatronics, Electronics and Communication, or Telecommunication Engineering departments,                                    

Minimum 2 years or above QMS or PQE/CQE/DQE/QC, or SQE/MQE/IQC work experience,

Experience in ESD, sampling plan, knowledge of mechanical and electronic materials, quality tools,                                                                            

Smart phone/material quality character and manufacturing process (assembly or SMT) experience,                                                                                                   

ISO9001,ISO14001,ISO4500a, and basic ESD knowledge,                                                                                 

TL9000, VDA 6.3, IATF16949, ESD 20.20 experience,                                                                      

Having good command of MS Office Programs (Especially advanced level of MS Excel and Power Point), QCP,PFMEA,SIP, basic quality devices, basic quality techniques ,GR&R,AR&R,                                                                              

Experience in SPC, MSA, Lean, Six Sigma, QCC, QMS, Minitab,                                           

Experience in ISO9001 auditing,

Having good command of English,

Having sense of quality, good work attitude, interest and willness to work in manufacturing industry,

Advanced analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,

Detail-oriented, results-driven, and dynamic personality,

A multi-tasker who can work under pressure,

Male candidates must have completed military service,

Resides on the Asian side, preferably in Tuzla (Job Location is Tuzla).

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for the KPIs of QMS implementation and compliance with the requirements and process and field quality KPIs, factory/production line/process compliance buy-offs and audits, identification and prevention of potential quality issues and incoming quality KPIs,                                                                                                          

QMS planning and implementation and effective running,                                                                                                              

QPA/QSA/ESD internal and external audit, CAPA tracking and follow up,                                                                                                             

Quality management review planning,                                                                   

QMS certify planning and implementation,                                                                                                            

Establish documents control procedure and execution accordingly,                  

Establish and keep update PFMEA/QCP/SIP checklist/specification and training IPQC/FQC/OQC to implement accordingly, review/control/issue/recall/keep and store/scrap for all kinds of documents including BOM/procedure/SOP/work instruction/record/external documents etc.,                                                               

Device calibration/quality training such as quality awareness training/ESD basic knowledge training,         

Hold daily/weekly/monthly quality review meetings to push for improvement to meet targets, monitor process quality performances (IPQC findings/PY/FPY/FQC DPPM/OBA LAR) and market feedbacks, (DOA/FFR/complaints),                                                                                                            

QC knowledge/skill/ability training and assessment,                                                                                                             

Responsible for internal process audit and customer audit, organize team to take corrective and prevent actions for audit findings,                                                                                                               

Lead improvement projects, such as lean/QCC/six sigma projects, planing and implement continuous improvement activities,                                                            

Solving quality issues in process, quickly response and action activity plannings and carrying out,

Responsible for supplier election and evluation, drive supplier quality performance improvement,work with other department for PPAP approval,                                    

Monitoring incoming material quality performance and pushing for improvement to meet targets, leading for major material issue solvings,                                                                                                                

Establish incoming inspection procedures/standards/work instructions, training IQC to implement incoming inspections,                                                                                                              

Solve quality issues related incoming material quality in time, quickly response and action well study and communicate with PE/EE/TE to avoid material handling issues during process design and production,                                                                                                                   

Material defective check and analysis with suppliers and customers, assistance for incoming material cost claim,                                                                                                                    

Attend MRB meetings, work with MRB team members to handle defectives,                                                                                                         

Lead or participate improvement projects, such as lean/QCC/six sigma projects, contribute continuous improvement.
