Warehouse Supervisor

As the leading technology company in our sector, we are looking forward to meeting our new team member who will be contributing his/her broad expertise to our expanding organization, and join our team as a ‘Warehouse Supervisor’. 

• Minimum 4-5 years of Product, Stocks and Materials Management experience,
• Managing all materials traffic (Customs Legislation knowledge is preferred),
• Maintain up to date status reports for all warehouse activities. Provide timely feedback to the Management on status of all inbound and outbound goods,
• Acting as a primary contact for assistance / guidance of the warehouse team.
• Processing all inbound and outbound goods,
• Operating within and strive to improve defined performance measures including target delivery margins, cost budgets, on time delivery etc.
• Using Warehouse Management ERP Systems.
• Maintain accuracy and integrity of stock holding,
• Pick and allocate goods in accordance with the sales orders,
• Organise and co-ordinate related transport logistics,
• Organise waste management collections and associated paperwork,
• Investigate and resolve warehouse queries when they arise,
• Being responsible for the Health and Safety ensuring all tasks are carried out to the relevant procedures and by adhering to safe working practices at all times,
• Co-ordinating externally between clients and suppliers and internally between other departments including Sales, Finance and Management etc.,
• Good command of English,
• Good command of MS Office Applications,
• Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others,
• A multi-tasker who can work under pressure,
• Detail-oriented, results-driven, and dynamic personality,
• Male candidates must have completed military service,
• Resides on the Asian side (Location is: Tuzla).
