Qualifications:

- Graduated from universities in the field of Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.

- Preferably, a minimum of 3 years of experience in cement quality, production and/or process engineering within the Cement sector.

- Proficient in English.

- High personal and situational awareness.

- Creative, energetic, with foresight and initiative.

- Customer-focused with excellent communication and persuasion skills.

- Open to learning, collaborative, and adaptable to teamwork.

- Ability for analytical thoughtful and problem solving.

- Able to adapt to a high-paced work environment.

Job Description:

- Ensuring that continuous controls are carried out at every stage of production, making studies and improvements, and taking the necessary precautions to maintain the quality of the product at every stage.

-Monitor and enhance production processes from kilns to shipment by conducting inspections, measurements, identifying problems, and generating solution alternatives.

-Evaluating the results, identifying nonconformities, root causes and areas of improvement, carrying out work within the department and with relevant departments to develop and achieve quality targets, benefiting existing studies, increasing efficiency, and ensuring team and individual development.

- Track the physical and chemical properties, qualitative and quantitative characteristics of inputs, intermediate products, and purchased materials/products throughout the production process.

- Conduct checks and oversee the check processes of the product.

- Collaborate with samplers and engage in process improvement activities.

-To take the necessary precautions for the correct and efficient operation of laboratory test equipment, to carry out maintenance and calibration activities, to create and monitor records.

- Conduct necessary activities within management systems and provide essential training.
