QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Kazancı Holding was founded in the 1960s and has been a leader firm in the energy sector for more than 50 years. Kazancı Holding relies on customer satisfaction and trust during the manufacturing of generating sets, natural gas distribution activities and power plant installation and operation. 

Aksa Power Generation Founded as an electrical motor factory by Ali Metin Kazancı in 1968, AKSA manufactured its first generator in 1984 and became an expert in machinery and hardware for electrical energy supply in a short amount of time. In 1994, Aksa community became corporate under the name Kazancı Holding and reorganized, achieving its current structure. Aksa has been the leader of generating sets market for a long period of time and is among Turkey’s largest 200 industrial companies and exporters.

We are looking for an HR Specialist for our Headquarter HR Team who will be responsible especially for our 15 foreign offices and 3 assembly and production facilities to optimize and develop our global HR policies, processes and all other HR operations.


Job Description :

  • Collaborate and be in touch with our foreign country managers and HR responsibles to learn and understand country's labor laws, payroll and recruitment methods for optimizing with HQ HR policies, processes and HR systems,
  • Following and composing monthly recruitment reports, payroll reports and employee reports for foreign offices and facilities,
  • Making conversations with blue and white collar candidates via by skype, zoom, team etc. ,
  • Travelling our foreign offices which were in USA, China, Dubai, Ghana, South Africa, Algeria, Russia, Kazakhistan and other countries to see and be in touch with our global employees and expats for determine problems and development HR issues,
  • Preparing legal declarations (labor forms etc.) if necessary,
  • Assisting HR Manager on global projects and following global HR tasks.


Qualifications:

  • University degree in related departments preferably from Industrial Engineering or Administrative Faculties,
  • Experience in payroll, recruitment & selection,
  • Experience in Expat Employees' HR policies, 
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English,
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications; 
  • Proficiency in Humanist or SAP HR softwares,
  • Strong analytical skills & result oriented,
  • Able to work in a multinational environment with employees from different cultures,
  • No military obligation for male candidates
