Procurement- / Supply Chain Manager (All Gender)

In this role you will be responsible for the Supply Management of a portfolio of suppliers and products during their lifecycle. You will work with multiple stakeholders internally and externally to proactively drive most competitive and robust supply chains next to strong partnerships. This job is an ideal position for experienced Sourcing and Supply Chain Managers that would like to drive Procurement and Supply Chain strategy in a very successful, fast paced, international company.

A challenging task

·       Conception, optimization and implementation of efficient information and flows of goods within the supply chain

·       Support of international cooperation partners, contract manufacturers and service providers in the pharmaceutical industry

·       Conducting price and contract negotiations with contract manufacturers, cooperation partners and service providers worldwide

·       Analysis and realization of cost reduction potentials

·       Conceptual support in the further development of our supplier management

·       Production and campaign planning, raw material requirements planning and capacity planning in coordination with sales and suppliers

·       Escalation level of the operative department in case of e.g. capacity bottlenecks

A convincing background

·       Successfully completed business studies with a focus on purchasing/logistics or a comparable course of study

·       Relevant professional experience of 3-5 years, at least 1 year in the pharmaceutical industry is mandatory

·       Strong analytical skills support the execution of tasks as well as assertiveness and your negotiation skills

·       Highest demands on work is given and even in hectic times we do not lose our sense of humor

·       Very good German and English language skills as well as the confident handling of MS-Office complete the profile
