The role

As an HR Generalist will be far from one-dimensional. You’ll undertake a wide range of tasks within the HR disciplines of Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Employee Relations, Reward Systems, Performance Management and HR reporting & analytics. 

The goal is to ensure the HR function to run smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value & support to the organization.

The role reports directly to Alumil Turkey General Manager.

 

Your impact

You act as the main point of contact for employees’ queries on HR-related topics and you have a very good knowledge of local employment & labor laws. You have a people-centric attitude, and you have excellent communication and people skills. A proven HR professional, you are able to effectively implement, monitor and adjust the HR direction of Alumil HQs while supporting the daily HR tasks.

 

  You’re bringing with you

·         BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field

·         Minimum 3 years’ experience as an HR Generalist or relevant position

·         Very good knowledge of the English language

·         Very good knowledge of MS Office

·         Ability to travel in your zone of responsibility

·         Organized attitude, consistency, confidentiality
