We are looking for a "Strategic Planning Supervisor" to take a position in the Strategic Planning Department of the American Hospital.

General Qualifications

• Graduated from Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Econometrics and similar departments of universities,
• Having financial due diligence, valuation, accounting experience of IFRS and VUK accounts
• Preferably an MBA or a Master's degree in Finance,
• Have knowledge about financial valuation and feasibility issues,
• Preferably with at least 4 years of experience in the field of financial analysis and strategy,
• Has an advanced degree in English
• Strong communication skills,
• Having analytical thinking skills, result-oriented,
• Master MS Office applications
• Preferably with PowerBI knowledge

Job Description

Strategy and Investment Responsibilities:

• To ensure the establishment of corporate growth strategies by carrying out activities such as preparing business models for projects to be carried out in line with the growth goals of the institution, evaluating local and regional markets, preparing competitive analysis
• Conducting preliminary studies for potential investment alternatives
• To carry out the necessary financial modeling and valuation studies (INA, similar purchase transactions, market multipliers) for new medical center investments (Purchase, partnership and investment from scratch
• To carry out financial feasibility studies for the departments planned to be opened in health institutions

Data Analysis Responsibilities:

• To ensure the preparation of joint statistical reports by all health institutions together with the Business Intelligence department and to share the reports with the management
• Preparing monthly statistical evaluation reports in a common structure for all health institutions and sharing them with the management

Operational Responsibilities:

• Assisting the General Manager with Board presentations and preparations
• Carrying out projects related to the restructuring of reporting formats in hospitals so that the institution can easily adapt to changing business conditions
