Accounting and Finance Specialist

Currently we are looking for an “Accounting and Finance Specialist” to join our growing team.

What you need is…

• • University degree in Business Administration, Economics or related field with certifications in Finance
  • Very good command of English
  • Knowledge of accounting principles
  • Teamwork oriented with good communication skills
  • Self-motivated and result oriented
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Min. 3 years of experience in accounting roles, preferably in multinational companies
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (word, excel, etc.) and SAP knowledge is an asset, especially SD, FI and MM modules
  • Experienced in reporting
  • Experienced in VAT Refund
  • SMMM intern qualification is a plus
  • Military service completed for male candidates

   

   As an Accounting and Finance Specialist, you will be responsible for;  

  •  Issue sales invoices and follow up outgoing waybills
  •  Offset of incoming payments in SAP
  • Control all export related expense invoices, backups and assign them to the proper cost centers, accounts and purchase orders   
  •  Follow-up customer accounts receivables
  •  Keep track of tax office related subjects
  •  Download e-invoices daily, follow related approvals
  •  Perform VAT, Withholding Tax, Corporate Tax, Provisional Corporate Tax and Form BA, BS declarations
  •  Preparation of head letter for the relevant export registered invoices
  •  Preparation VAT refund related export sales list and deductible VAT list
  •  Perform weekly meeting with Finance Supervisor about the process evaluation and follow up the changes
  •  Communicate with global teams if necessary
