GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics Engineering or Management Engineering,
- Knowledge of business planning, process analysis and design, business and functional requirements analysis, test organization, end-user interviews and change management,
- Having strategic approach to understand stakeholder objectives & requirements,
- Having experience in project management and SAP CO/FI/BPC modules,
- Minimum 2 years of experience in related area,
- Having experience in system design and structural design for controlling, financial, budgeting and profitability,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- Thinking broadly about business,
- Understanding needs of the market & customer,
- Having the desire to do outstanding jobs,
- Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,
- Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility,
- Building collaboration,
- Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas.
The position is located in Sütlüce.
Arçelik is looking for a Business Analyst - Corporate Functions (Finance, Controlling and Budgeting, HR) who will work for Headquarter Information Technologies Department.
- Gathering requirements from global business partners and being a bridge between business side and developers in IT department using business analysis methodologies,
- Consulting and improving business processes regarding business needs in consideration with value-added new technologies,
- Having a chance to work with local/global consultants,
- Being responsible for key user and end-user training,
- Leading and/or taking part in IT projects to ensure adherence to goals and line of business needs,
- Planning & designing business process tests and usability evaluations,
- Improving business processes by evaluating new technological alternatives and build associated scenario.
