QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Material & Metallurgy Engineering,
- Capable to work with international teams,
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills,
- Thinking broadly about business,
- Understanding needs of the market & customer,
- Having desire to do outstanding jobs,
- Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,
- Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility,
- Building collaboration,
- Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas..
The position located in Çayırova.
Arçelik is looking for a Project Engineer - R&D (Test&Verification) who will work for Washing Machine Product Directorate.
- Being a team member of Arçelik local and global projects (China, Russia, Romania),
- Participating in R&D projects for developing new products and supporting the team,
- Following/learning washing and washer/dryer machines and developing of test systems / test standards,
- Evaluating of designs, documents, standarts, algorithms and technologies and bring new ideas
- Preparing corrective action plan according to test results,
- Preparing test scripts, test plans and test reports,
- Developing automated test systems and scripts,
- Coordinating test activities and results with development teams,
- Planning laboratory activities for product approvals,
