Accounting Supervisor

Baymak is looking for an " Accounting Supervisor" to take on the role of implementing the department's objectives and plans.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for Accounting and Tax Operations of the company,
• Leading the team responsible for accounting, payables and tax,
• Manage monthly closing activities and ensure timely and accurate submission,
• Ensuring compliance with legal and accounting standards and norms with company procedures,
• Coordinate the relations with external auditors,
• Focus on control and process improvements,
• Support other functions on daily activities by providing guidance on accounting standards and tax legislation,
• Provide timely reports and ad-hoc analysis on the area of responsibility.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in related fields (Business Administration, Economics etc.),
• Minimum 5 years business experience,
• Expertise knowledge in local tax laws and regulations,
• Fluency in English both oral and written,
  
• Experience in SAP FI & CO modules is an asset,
  
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications,
  
• Certified Public Accountant certification (SMMM) is preferred,
  
• Strong analytical thinking skills and ability to add value on existing processes,
  
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• Living or willing to live in Asian side of İstanbul or Koceali (Gebze, Darıca, Çayırova).
