Yıldız Holding, one of the largest and fast-growing groups of Türkiye, is looking for "Brand Manager” who will work in the Marketing Department in Besler located in Çamlıca, Istanbul. QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree from Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering and/or Marketing Management departments of universities,
• Minumum 7 years of experience in FMCG environment,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Good command of MS Office applications,
• A visionary marketing professional with a strong and authentic business sense and the real desire to achieve targets,
• Ability to be a team player; needs to develop good relationships with 3rd parties and agencies,
• Passion for the digital world and the ability to understand global digital marketing trends and translate them into business opportunities,
• Strong analytical skills, conceptual skills,
• Hard-working professional, being able to work under pressure, with high frustration tolerance,
• The ability to successfully carry out multiple tasks simultaneously is a must.

JOB DESCRIPTION

•        Execute the marketing strategy and marketing plan based upon company business objectives.
•      Build brand portfolio strategy and brand architecture to take advantage of market opportunities.
•      Manage the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
•       Monitor brand performance; analyze and interpret competition data, category trends and recommend action plans.
•        Conduct P&L analysis and develop pricing strategies.
•        Develop and implement marketing communications plan.
•        Coordinate all brand marketing activities with other departments and third parties.
•        Control marketing & promotional expenditure within agreed budgets.
