EMPLOYER BRANDING SPECIALIST

Job Description

Our company is in search of a dynamic and innovative Employer Branding Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of digital marketing and social media, closely follow current trends, and possess a strategic mindset. The person in this position will be responsible for designing and implementing effective marketing campaigns on various social media platforms to increase brand visibility, drive social media traffic, and expand the potential customer base.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic social media plans to increase the company's brand visibility and maximize engagement.

• Create, share, and curate effective content for social media platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn, as well as for the company website.

• Respond appropriately to comments and messages on the social media channels.

• Continuously monitor social media performance and channels to identify current trends and engagement opportunities, and develop strategies and reports accordingly.  

• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to integrate social media into the overall marketing strategy.

• Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media and implement them.

• Provide content and translations for new and extisting landingpages

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields from a university.

• Proficiency in English, preferably good knowledge of German.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in successfully managing social media accounts and running effective campaigns.

• Ability to analyze data using social media analytics tools and make strategic decisions.

• Ability to work well in a team, independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Passion and knowledge of industry trends and digital marketing techniques.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, and willingness to take responsibility.

• Completed military service for male candidates.
