Your Responsibilities

/ Determining production process flows including headcount, layout and material flow requirements

/ Technical planning of assembly lines according to new project requirements. Creating technical specifications and implementing modifications together with identified partners

/ Leading productivity improvement and labour ratio projects such as line balancing, work content reduction and automation

/ To determine and report direct headcount requirements for responsible area

/ Participating daily operational meetings and projects to increase efficiency; implementing kaizen studies

Your Profile

/ BSc or MSc degree from Engineering departments (Preferably Industrial Engineering)

/ Minimum 2-3 years experience in related areas

/ Having fluent English proficiency and strong communication skills

/ Analytical minded; result oriented; high motivation and curiosity

/ Very good knowledge of MS Office, AutoCad and Lean Production tools
