QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Impeccable personal presentation with good communication skills,
  • Energy and enthusiasm with an eye for detail,
  • A degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent,
  • Front Office supervisory experience in the hotel, leisure or retail sector,
  • Possesses strong commercial awareness and Sales capabilities,
  • Excellent leadership skills, inter-personal and communication skills,
  • A passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service,
  • Excellent grooming standards,

İŞ TANIMI

  • Supervise Front Desk operations during your assigned shift to a consistently high standards, 
  • Monitor the staff's interaction with guests, ensuring prompt and courteous service; resolve discrepancies with respective personnel, 
  • Ensure that all personnel are kept well informed of department objectives and policies,
  • Conduct pre-shift meetings/line-ups with staff and review all information pertinent to the day's business, 
  • Attend to Guests’ enquiries, requests, complaints and compliments, 
  • Access all function of computer system according to established procedures and standards, 
  • Observe guest reactions and confer frequently with staff to ensure guest satisfaction, 
  • Provide quality service with colleagues to the guests by responding to requests promptly, efficiently and courteously during check-in, check-out and throughout the guest's experience, 
  • Maintain professional image while on duty with well grooming hygiene and prescribed uniform,
  • Supervise all concierge operations,
  • Attend to Guests’ enquiries, complaints and compliments,
  • Prepare necessary reports and presentations for Management,
  • Working closely with other departments to increase cross-selling oportunities,
  • Conduct pre-shift meetings/line-ups with staff and review all information pertinent to the day’s operation,
  • Observe guest reactions and confer frequently with staff to ensure guest satisfaction.

Preferred Candidate

More than 2 years of experience
Associate Degree(Graduate), Bachelor’s(Graduate)
English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced) Russian(Reading : Good, Writing : Good, Speaking : Good)
