WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for a proactive and energetic F&B Manager who is enthusiastic at service industry and who must have;

·         University degree from an accredited university in Tourism, Food Service Management, Business Administration

·         10-15 years of experience in Food & Beverage

·         At least 4-5 years in similar or same role

·         Having deluxe hotel experience

·         Good command of English

·         Strong proven leadership abilities, creativity and a vision for quality and excellence in food & beverage operations

·         Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

·         Ability to establish and retain effective working relationships with hotel staff and guests

·         Ability to identify and delegate tasks effectively

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM THIS POSITION...

·         Organizing the restaurant operation in order to maintain high standards of food and beverage service

·         Manage and delegate the operation of all food and beverage outlets and sub-departments, i.e. room service etc.

·         Responsible for guest satisfaction in relation to the food and beverage service

·         Develop personnel in the food and beverage department
