QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

 

Qualifications

·         Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Foreign Trade departments or relevant fields, 

·         Min. 3 years of experience in customer service and sales operations (automotive industry experience is a plus), 

·         Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel is a must,

·         SAP SD system experience is an asset,

·         Excellent verbal and written skills in English (French is a plus),

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,

·         Good team player, strong communication and expression skills in an international environment,

·         Strong customer service orientation,

·         Willing to take the initiative and responsibility,

·         No military obligation for male candidates.

Job Description

·         Being responsible for all customer service tasks and sales operations for export customers,

·         Working closely with sales, pricing, and logistic departments regarding all customer-related issues,

·         Being responsible for receiving, checking and placing orders in SAP correctly and issuing order confirmation to customers,

·         Follow up shipment plans for existing contracts and orders,

·         Planning of delivery creation to warehouse and following up the process and setting customer service completion in SAP,

·         Checking requested shipment documents with customers and inform export operation team,

·         Managing export operations according to the exported country’s customs laws and demands of customers by considering international trade compliance,

·         Participating regular meetings with sales and finance teams to manage shipments and payment status of customers,

·         Managing label approval process for shipments.
