Our newly added hotel to The Stay family in Bodrum, Cennet Bay is looking for new teammates.

  • University degree in Tourism and Hotel Management
  • At least two years’ experience in Guest Relations (luxury boutique hotel experience preferred)
  • Fluent level of English language is required
  • Strong organization, planning and communication skills, excellent pronunciation
  • Result oriented , strong persuasion skills
  • Team player
  • Analytical & Creative thinking
  • Effective management of time and ability to work under high pressure
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations

Job Description:

  • Greet, check-in, respond to requests while providing exceptional service
  • Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining the acknowledgment of all guests (also include: VIP, repeat and special occasion).
  • Ensure all departments are aware of all guests’ needs prior to arrival that will lead to a unique, memorable and personal stay.
  • Creating loyal and satisfied guests.
  • Maintains a strong working relationship with all departments to support property operations and goals and to expedite the resolution of any problems that may arise through the general operation of the property.
