 Qualifications

·        Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or relevant fields,

·        Good command of English in both speaking and writing and in daily business communication is must

·        Proven working experience as a Industrial Financial Controller,

·        Thorough knowledge of IFRS and accounting,

·        Proficient in Excel,

·        SAP knowledge is a mandatory,

·        Min 2 years of cost accounting experience in the manufacturing industry  is preferred,

·        Communication and presentation skills, ability to commence meetings with senior management

·        Good advanced analytical skills with an eye for detail,

·        Multi-tasking and works well in team,

·        Residence of Sakarya is preferred.

Junior controller will be trained and guided by the global group controller

Job Description

• Ensure the full company controlling and compliance with Groupe directives.
• Cross-functional management to ensure compliance with the company's budget, P&L results and monitoring of steering and measurement tools and KPI
• Preparation and analysis of monthly group reporting and annual closing.
• Check the reliability of inventories in terms of quantity and value; depreciation + inventory + waste
• Monitor monthly consumption of raw materials and inventory discrepancies
• Master data: monitoring and updating data in SAP
• Ensure the reliability of cost components (range & BOM, % scrap; hourly rate calculations) and cost / interco transfer prices.
• Contribute to the reduction of operating costs
• Contribute to the reduction of operating costs and implement specific associated actions.
•  Carry out any tasks requested by General Management and the Group Finance Department

•       Ensure product profitability
•      Manage and monitor the budget process

•       In liaison with operations and management, establish budget assumptions for P&L

•      Draw up and monitor CAPEX plan

•      Over the course of the year, analyze and monitor financial performance (analyze and comment on variations and variances ( vs. Budget and N-1)

•       Make proposals for continual improvement

•       Contribute to each manager's familiarization with steering tools

•       Challenge production cost assumptions
