Qualifications:

•Supply Chain operations knowledge

•Good all around knowledge of Logistics principals and practices

•Advanced in English both verbal and writing is a must

•Microsoft Office Programs knowledge (Excel must, PowerBIand OTMknowledge is a plus)

•Responsibility for accounting for multiple sites/contractsinc month end activity andreporting

•Fully conversant with Open / Closed Book reporting

•High customer focus and teamwork spirit

•Clear understanding of KPI and basic knowledge of KPI preparation

•Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

•Problem solving and crisis management in critical daily issues

•Having strong customer relationship management skills

Job Description:

•To ensure accuracy of billing data to the customer in line with the contractual agreement 

•To ensure Freight, Bill and Audit function maintains high standards and strive to continually improve processes 

•To support with month end reporting and reconciliations and be responsible for FBA&P input into the monthlyaccounts 

•To ensure all information is processed accurately and in a timely manner in line with the agreedFBA&Pprocesses

•To ensure all internal and applicable customer policies and procedures are adheredto

•To ensure full and accurate monthly spendvalidation 

•To support the Management Team by providing financial input into Carrier Reviews and validation of the tender process input andoutput

•To support Operational Team Leaders with continuous reduction in Invoice Rejections  

To coach Operational Team in all finance matters
