QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description:

* Manages receivables for Istanbul in an efficient and cost-effective manner, and in line with internal and external policies and standards, in order to maximize cash flow and minimize bad debts for the business.

* Manages KPI’s (DSO, % Collection, Over 60 ,Over 90)

* To act as a subject matter expert; propose, implement and maintain continuous improvement log in the field of collection and credit risk management

* Makes regular customer visits to extend business relations.

* Recruit, build, manage and develop a team of motivated staff members to maximize performance and ensure delivery of the agreed objectives.

* Provides leadership and coaching to team and develops departmental goals and tracks to target.

* Build up and maintain stakeholder relationship across the entire OTC chain

* To manage escalations between customers, sales representatives, country DHL entities and the AR department 


Qualifications:

* University degree in related fields

* Excellent command of English; both in written and verbal

* Minimum 3 years of related working experience / team management experience

* Excellent managerial and leadership skills, team management experience is a plus

* Effective communication & conversational skills

* Strong relationship management skills

* Reporting & analytical & presentation skills

* High customer focus and service orientation

* Proven objection handling, prospecting and negotiation skills

* Proven track record of demonstrating role model competencies for the team
