Sales Specialist

Dikkan Group which sets its route towards improvement and continuity is currently looking for an  "Sales Specialist" in İzmir.

THE IDEAL CANDİDATE WOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:

• Preferably graduated from engineering departments of universities,
• Excellent command of English, additionally second language skill would be a certain plus,
• At least 3 years of experience in technical sales,
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs and have experience in ERP,
• Strong communication  and persuasive skills,
• Solution oriented, researcher, prone to teamwork,
• Customer oriented, able to manage time and resources,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Make price studies for customer demands and create offers on the system,
• Prepare order confirmation documents and offer documents and send them to customers,
• Follow up the offer and convert leads into sales,
• Control the price of customer orders,
• Make necessary follow-ups in order to fulfill customer orders, customer requests and questions quickly and accurately,
• Follow up after sales services,
• Prepare reports and presentations of sales, offer status processes.
