Qualifications

• B.Sc. degree in Civil Engineering,
• Min. 2 years of experience in a related position,
• Subcontracts experience in international projects is a must,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Strong communication skills,
• Analytical thinking, solution oriented, enthusiastic, self-motivated, positive and energetic.
• No restriction to travel and stay abroad.

Job Description

• Creating and issuing contracts and service agreements, forming Invitation to Tender (ITT) packages, and issuing tender request packages to approved tenderers,
• Preparing evaluation criteria, coordinating tenderer inquiries and responses, evaluating tender packages, and managing commercial evaluations,
• Drafting contract documents following corporate procedures, maintaining control and status reports, and organizing bidder meetings to ensure clarity and consensus on contractual matters,
• Implementing procedures for contract administration, analyzing terms to identify risks recommending mitigations, and ensuring compliance with contract terms,
• Developing mechanisms to monitor compliance, preparing reports for the employer/project, and collaborating with project team members to identify potential contract changes or claims,
• Managing the identification and resolution of contract claims, involving legal expertise as needed,
• Overseeing the contract closeout process by standard work processes.
