THE GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS OF THIS POSITION INCLUDE THE FOLLOWINGS:
Education:
· Bachelor's degree preferably from Social Sciences, Business Administration or other related department.
Experience / Technical Knowledge:
· Min 2 years of HR experience preferably in technology/telecommunication sector
· Recruitment experience is an asset
· Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
· Desire to learn and achieve targets
Language:
· Good command of written and spoken English
Personal Competencies:
· Energetic, motivated, extravert
JOB DESCRIPTION
The successful new joiner will be a member of a strong team in local and international projects, which enables him/her to improve his/her technical and personal competencies
He/she will be responsible for:
· Actively participate in the whole recruitment process of the company
· Responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting process such as posting positions, cv screening and conducting competency based interviews, coordinating interviews with the managers
· Develop and maintain effective and innovative methods to meet the recruitment needs
· Planning annual training program and budget, organizing and monitoring trainings
· Giving support to other HR functions for related needs (organizational development, talent management, training processes)
