International Sales and Marketing Asistant

Our client is one of the leading firm in global market about manufacturing both ultrasonic and spray industrial cleaning systems We are looking for "International Sales and Marketing Asistant" for our client' s Office in IKITELLI Turkey.

Job Description

Ø  To communicate with customers via telephone and email.

Ø  To provide and prepare technical quotations related to our products.

Ø  To provide sales team with assistance and support as and when needed.

Ø  To raise, process and monitor sales orders.

Ø  To organise the collection and delivery of completed sales orders to the customer’s delivery address.

Ø  To organise and book overseas trade fairs that the company will participate in, handling all aspects of the exhibition organisation.

Ø  To find, search and contact new potential overseas customer.

Ø  Other general sales and marketing duties.

Required Skills

Ø  A good level of English or German language is desired. Any other additional language skills would be a significant asset (i.e. French, Spanish ).

Ø  Experience of foreign trade sales would be beneficial but training will be provided.

Ø  A good level of ability with MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ø  No restrictions for domestic and/or international travel.

Ø  Basic knowledge of foreign trade laws and regulations.

Ø  Good communication, presentation and persuasion skills.
