ACCOUNTING RESPONSIBLE

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

· Responsible for all financial and account records of company operations.

· Responsible for preparing  all declarations (e.g. vat , final corporate tax declarations etc.), those must be provided to relevant government agencies on a monthly basis and submitted to the tax office.

· Follow the updates of fiscal legislation ( e.g. tax law, commercial law etc.) on regular basis and adapt the changes o the company.

· Responsible for preparing the fiscal analysis tables requested by management.

· Responsible for preparing the budget and income statement.

· Organise the cash flow management and related procedures, and ensuring the implementation.

· Define the strategy for financial resource management.

· Report the financial case of the company, warnings and directives.

· Create the table of the cash flow and received payments’ tables.

· Follow the issues with expenses /commissions / interest related financial operations.

· Analyse and follow the financial aspects.

· Required have full knowledge of Export and Import process.

· SAP user as advanced level.

· E-Invoice application user.

· BSc degree from Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences ( e.g. Business Administration / Economics / Accounting etc.)

· Good level of knowledge on Financial Analysis, Budgeting, Accounting and Cash view.

· Specialist on the issues like Tax legislation, Cost accounting, Current accounts, Risk controlling and relevant reports.

· Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant positions.

· Good level of English skills including reading, writing and speaking. (Prefered also French).

· No restriction to travel, and have a driving licence (active driving).

· Could be able to adapt to flexible working hours.

· Preferably certified public accountant ( SMMM certification is an asset).
