Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in law with bar admission,
• Experienced in contract drafting and negotiating in English language
• Minimum 3 years experience in similar positions,
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English is a must,
  
• Ability to work as a part of a team, ability and willingness to adapt to a busy working environment,
  
• Competent in follow-up and finalisation of tasks and result oriented mindset,
  
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills,
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,
• High ethical standards and integrity,
• No military obligations for male candidates.

Job Description:

• Draft, revise, negotiate and follow up of all contracts for the company,
• Provide legal advice in all areas of law the company might be involved,
• Prepare and ensure implementation of relevant procedures,
• Preparing special specifications and contract drafts for business agreements made with our company and other individuals and companies,
• Warning, protest, notice, objection, license, permit, registration, decision, denial, etc. documentation of transactions prepare and carry out legal processes,
• Reporting to Head of Law department.
