What Makes You A Perfect Fit

•  BS or MS in Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering or related fields

• At least 3 year of system analysis & development team experience in banking / IT sector

• Any IIBA certification (CCBA/CBAP) is a plus

• Experience with JIM (Just In Mind) is preferred

• UX/UI perspective

• Familiar with Project Management methods, disciplines and project lifecycle

• Are willing and have facilitated Agile ceremonies. Have full confidence in Agile/Lean approaches and can define minimum viable units of delivery

• Test Automation process knowledge

• Experience with test automation tools (Preferably HP UFT and/or Selenium) is preferred
