QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering (or related field),
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the plastics industry (preferred),
• Proficient in ISO 9001 Quality Management System and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System,
• Strong understanding of occupational health and safety regulations,
• Both verbal and written skills in English,
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP applications,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work effectively in a team,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
• Strong organizational and coordination skills,
• Ability to research, analyze, and present data effectively,
• Reside or will be able to reside close to the location of the affiliated workplace,
• Completed military service (for male candidates).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implement and maintain planned maintenance practices.
• Manage quality control processes, including inspections and data recording.
• Identify and address production issues promptly, escalating as needed.
• Manage material receipt and acceptance, ensuring quality and preventing damage.
• Implement and document departmental procedures.
• Support the quality management system.
• Research and design new production methods.
• Select and source materials.
• Plan production stages and define quality control points.
