In-House Lawyer

We're looking for an In-house Lawyer  to work in the Legal  Department at our FinTech company. The qualifications expected from the candidates are specified below:

• University law degree,
• Completed their law internship and become a member of the bar association,
• Preferably three years of experience,
• Able to work as a full-time 'In-House Lawyer' at the company,
• Professional knowledge in the areas of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data, Consumer Law, Labor Law, Tax Law, Law of Obligations, Corporate Law, Turkish Commercial Law, Information Technologies Law, and Contract Law,
• Can provide legal expertise on compliance with laws by reviewing the company contracts and protocols in terms of method and principle, and work in liaison with the Legal Consultancy Department,
• Result-oriented and able to think strategically,
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to take initiative.

Key Duties and Responsibilities Expected From the Candidate:

• Ensure compliance with laws incorporate activities and procedures,
• Follow-up of local and global developments regarding the industry,
• Responsible for the preparation, control and ratification of all kinds of contracts and protocols,
• Carry out legal correspondence with official and judicial institutions and follow up,
• Follow the necessary procedures in order to resolve all legal disputes in favor of the company,
• Ensure liaison and correspondence with the law offices that provide legal counsel to the company,
• Provide legal support on-demand to the departments in the company.
