Responsibilities

·        Managing the cross-border transactions by liaising with external law firms and other advisers and analyzing the advice of other legal counsels in the area of local law queries and due diligence

·        Advising on international transactions including the joint ventures, acquisitions or divestitures; drafting and participating in the negotiation of transaction documents

·        Drafting and follow up of all company documents for the Subsidiaries

·        Providing legal support to the various internal departments

·        Working for the preparation of the documentation required for the board meeting and shareholders meeting of subsidiaries together with the relevant team

·        Helping, monitoring, and advising on future legislative changes that may impact the business

Qualifications

·        Bachelor’s Degree in Law,

·        At least 10 years experience in a reputable law firm with a Corporate / M&A practice,

·        Fluent English written and spoken 

·        Having no restriction on traveling,

·        Working independently on assigned legal projects,

·        High degree of teamwork and communication skills
