Global Kapital Group was established in 2010 and has grown in ten years to a global financial services company, with offices across 18-countries and a total workforce of over 1,500 people. This role will work for the global brokerage business line of Global Kapital Group.

Overview

The Product Development role is responsible for working with cross functional partners in Sales, Operations, IT and Marketing to develop products.

The person will be responsible for understanding the market and our customer base to make development and design decisions in order to grow our sales within the company. This involves competitive market analysis, maintaining relationships with 3^rd parties and our offices.

Qualifications

·         Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent in a relevant field

·         Min 2-3 years’ experience in product/project development

·         Fluent in English, both written and oral

·         Experience working in a multi-national company

·         Good organizational and time-management skills

·         Familiarity with finance/banking industry would be a plus

·         Working under pressure and with deadlines

·         Multitasking several projects and products simultaneously

·         Well command of MS Office applications

Job description

·         Overview and follow projects and product development assigned by manager

·         Regular competitor analysis / benchmark control

·         Gathering and assessing requests from our offices worldwide

·         Work with different departments and coordinate them

·         Follow the latest market developments and generate ideas to beat competition

·         Planning, developing, implementing and evaluating products and projects,

·         Analyze potential products and check feasibility of projects

·         Setting up Agile meetings with stakeholders
