Education & Work Experience

·       Graduated from Mechanical Engineering program of universities

·       Preferably post degree in Industrial or Advanced Mechanical Engineering

·       5 years of experience as Mechanical Engineer

·       Preferably 2 years of experience in production management

Responsibilities

·       Report to Production & Planning Manager

·       Fair approach to all production team members

·       Organize shop floor team to meet delivery deadlines

·       Organize weekly/daily projects vs production orders assembly plan

·       Collect and report the technical production issues to Production & Planning Manager

·       Improvement of production efficiency

·       Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel

·       Determine amount of necessary resources, e.g. labour, raw materials, consumables, shop floor equipment etc.

·       Ensure production outputs meets quality standards

·       Ensure final product tests completed before shipments

·       Ensure packaging and loading of finish goods completed properly

·       Ensure the application of FAT & Customer Visits procedures in production

·       Ensure technical improvement of the shop floor personnel

·       Provide feedback for shop floor succession plan

·       Enforce health and safety precautions

·       Organize and follow application of Lean & 5S activities

Requirements

·       Proven experience in assembly manufacturing

·       Fluent English is must for this position

·       Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations

·       Knowledge of performance evaluation

·       Experience in reporting on KPIs

·       Experience in MS Office and ERP software

·       Outstanding communication and cooperation ability

·       Excellent organizational and leaderships skills

·       Attention to detail

        Strong decision-making skills and a result driven approach
