The Assistant Manager will be responsible for:

• Assisting the Manager in overseeing daily operations and staff performance
• Implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures
• Training and developing team members to ensure high performance and productivity
• Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with suppliers as needed
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
• Preparing reports and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborating with other departments to achieve organizational goals
• Assisting in the development and implementation of strategic plans
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Performing other duties as assigned by the Manager or senior leadership
