Job Description:
HalalBooking recruits curious, sociable, proactive and open-minded team members, who will effectively sustain performance and stimulate growth and improvement in our fast growing company. The goal is to improve user experience and customer satisfaction on.

Job responsibilities:

• Answering calls and emails from customers, partner agencies and suppliers.
• Assisting customers throughout the booking process and providing essential information about the hotels listed on the website.
• Following up booking requests with proactive calls.
  
• Reporting questions and problems from customers to the manager.
• Sharing insights during the weekly department meetings.
• Being informed about the latest developments on current campaigns, promotions and special offers.
• Taking part in the website's development process.
• Supporting the B2B team in sourcing and contracting new partners, as well as promoting website features to existing and potential new partners.
  
  

Job requirements:

• French and Turkish native speaker (without any accent).
• English speaking and understanding at minimum intermediate level.
• University degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills, confident and persuasive style.
• Competence in analytical skills such as numerical literacy, logical and innovative thinking skills.
• Attentive to details and accuracy of information.
• Proficient in MS Office programs and good computer knowledge.
  
• Resourceful and resilient; able to cope under pressure.
  
• Highest ethical and professional standards and leads by example in all interactions.
• Motivated team player who enjoys working in e-travel in a fast-paced industry.
• Ability to travel for business trips
  
  

GOOD TO HAVE skills/experiences:

• Experience/interest in the general tourism sector
• Experience/interest in the halal travel market
• Ability to pick up and apply knowledge quickly
• Overseas travelling experience
  
  

Other conditions:

• Working Hours: 5 days a week, 37.5 hours per week, 10:00 – 18:30 including 1 hour lunch break. Shift hours can vary slightly according to the European market’s needs.
• 28 calendar days of annual paid leave, i.e. entitlements calculated on a pro rata basis (including public holidays).
