QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
One of the biggest companies in FMCG business in Turkey, Hayat Kimya is
looking for an E-Commerce Sales Specialist in Modern Channel Sales Department.
- University degree in related departments,
- Minimum 3-4 years of sales experience in FMCG companies,
- Fluency in English,
- Proficiency in MS Office programs,
- Good communication skills,
- Ability to work as a team player,
- No military obligation for male candidates.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Identify the customers’ needs, develops and implements strategic online sales plans focused on growing sales targets and KPIs,
- Build long term relationship and define & execute monthly plans, also identify the opportunities, challenges with the key e-retailers,
- Identify the portfolio, optimize the product visuals, descriptions and price analysis for the responsible e-retailers,
- Lead comprehensive analysis of business growth opportunities with large e-retailers and evaluate competitors and market dynamics/trends,
- Collaborate with the other functions such as Marketing / Finance / Logistic to achieve the seamless sales plan.
Preferred Candidate
More than 2 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
Completed, Exempt
English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
