IAS - Industrial Application Software is a 4.0 Industry Software developer operating in Switzerland, Germany, Turkey, Dubai, India, South Korea, and USA serving more than 30.000+ concurrent users in 30+ countries.

We are actually looking for a Recruitment Specialist, based in Istanbul Office who will be responsible for:

• Perform full life cycle Recruitment duties from understanding the vacancies, sourcing, pro-active search, networking, selection, coordinating candidates, negotiating potential offers to onboarding new hires in partnership with HR Manager and hiring managers,
• Deliver a great candidate experience and be the point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process,
• Understand internal team structures, team dynamics and business needs as well as maintain global business perspective in line with business objectives,
• Build and maintain a network of professional relationships to develop a highly qualified candidate pool,
• Manage and report data inputs to candidate database,
• Manage confidential and sensitive information in a careful and confident manner.

 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a reputable university,
• At least 2 years of recruiting experience in IT field, ideally with recruitment agency,
• Familiar to information technologies  terminology like SQL, Front-End, Back-End, FullStack, Cloud, Database or IoT,
• Excellent command of English communication skills both in written and verbal is must, 
• A caring team player with the ability to be flexible and adaptable to rapid change,
• Knowledge of employment and labor laws,
• Must have completed military service.
