Performance Marketing Executive

Innotera is building a team of ROI-driven growth hackers focused on data and user experience. We help startups and enterprises unlock growth through full funnel rapid experimentation with a true data-driven approach.

Key responsibilities include:

·     Plan, analyze and optimize account-based digital marketing campaigns.

·     Manage Google Shopping campaigns and oversee the Google Merchant Center

·     Summarize and report on digital marketing performance using our suite of analytical tools and methods.

·     Communicate to clients with clarity, both verbally and in writing, proactively and ahead of the curve.

REQUIREMENTS:

·      At least 3-years professional experience working in digital marketing, either in house or agency.

·      Deep, hands-on experience using the following: Google AdWords, Google Analytics.

·      Identify, prioritize, and grow acquisition channels for our clients, including SEO, paid acquisition, content marketing, social, etc.

·      Strong experience with pulling and manipulating data to prepare regular performance reports, synthesize results and make recommendations.

·      Understanding of business intelligence tools and technologies such as databases, data transformation tools, and data visualization tools.

·      Experience growing consumer and/or B2B startups.

·      Demonstrated history of successfully developing and executing marketing strategies.

·      Understanding of business intelligence tools and technologies such as databases, data transformation tools, and data visualization tools.

·      Extremely curious and eager to learn.
