QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities within the assigned territory, focusing on project-based sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including architects, contractors, applicators and consultants
  • Prepare price offers tailored to project needs and ensure compliance with discount rates
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and provide customized facade solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the project lifecycle, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Handle customer requests for samples, mock-ups, catalogues, technical drawings, and visuals
  • Coordinate with logistics for the acceptance of offers and share project details
  • Facilitate the registration of new customers in the system and ensure necessary documentation
  • Track payment collections and liaise with the finance department
  • Manage customer complaints and conduct project closure meetings
  • Increase brand awareness by promoting company products to architecture offices and consultants
  • Visit applicator companies to ensure alignment with company standards
  • Stay updated on industry developments and market conditions through market research
  • Create and share weekly work plans and reports with the Sales Manager

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or architecture is preferred
  • Proven 5 years of experience as Sales Representative in building facade systems
  • Knowledge of English would be an asset
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid Class B driver's license with active driving experience
  • Completion of military service for male candidates
  • Residency in Istanbul with no travel restrictions
