QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

What you will do

Chiller Retrofit /Replacement/Energy Audits Sales Executive will be reporting directly to the Sales Manager, Aftermarket. As part of a growing team you will be responsible for delivering a sales target in Marmara territory across the HVAC portfolio.

You will directly contact the industrial clients and end users to provide products and solutions for energy saving. You will prepare Energy Audits Projects for end users. You will be selling turn-key solutions including the determination of HVAC equipment, installation, commissioning and measurement. As a member of this team, you will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your experience to generate new business.
 
How you will do it
As a Chiller Retrofit /Replacement Sales Executive, you will chase, qualify and close new sales opportunities by creating competitive, high quality proposals. You will visit our install base and your own client portfolio and sell turn-key energy saving solutions. You’ll demonstrate your expertise by differentiating Johnson Controls, leveraging your deep market knowledge of our competitor’s strategies, products and services.

You are focused to seek and develop long term customer relationships, and self-motivated to drive your territory growth. You’re determined and consistent in your approach to work, managing multiple priorities simultaneously because of your excellent planning, and time management skills.  


What we look for

Required 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in  chillers, ahu, fcu, pumps, valves of sales, especially in HVAC
  • Ability to design technical solutions, select equipment and advise customers on solutions
  • Proven track record of delivering sales within Marmara Region
  • Determined, results driven, strong sales drive
  • Type B driving license is must
  • No obstacle for travelling
  • Completed military service for male candidates

Preferred

  • Mechanical knowledge in HVAC
  • Experience in mechanical installation
  • A present portfolio of clients in HVAC sector
  • Energy Audit certificate, CEM or equivalent
