Budget, Reporting & Controlling Specialist

We are looking for a ‘Budget, Reporting & Controlling Specialist' for our company which produces aircraft engine parts in Aegean Free Zone, Izmir.

Its main field of activity is the manufacturing of aircraft engine parts and subassembly groups. Kale Pratt & Whitney has a total of 16.250 m2 facilities in Aegean Free Zone; the company is one of the leading aerospace companies in Turkey and the manufacturing processes are among the most prestigious manufacturing technologies in Europe. Also manufactured in the same facilities are the hi-tech parts of NGPF model, which is the new generation commercial engine of Pratt & Whitney.

What We Are Looking For?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or Industrial Engineering,
• Min 3-4 years of Budget, Reporting and (preferably)costing experience in a manufacturing company, preferably multinational companies,
• High proficiency in MS Office applications (Especially in Excel) and ERP system,
• Familiar with the chart of accounts and main principles of accounting,
• Familiar with the IFRS principles - audit background in BIG4 companies is an asset,
• Strong analytical and communication skills,
• Prone to teamwork,        
• Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• To take an active role in reporting, budget and forecast processes,
• To prepare weekly, monthly internal/external financial and operational reports,
• To prepare month end profitability reports and analyse the variation and trends,
• To prepare monthly reporting package,
• To prepare monthly reconciliation package,
• To assist data flow of all financial and cost related demands from other departments.
