QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for an ambitious English speaking “Assistant Contract Manager” with below specifications to join in our Real Estate team located in Kuşadası, Aydın.

·         Fluent in English at a professional level and able to speak and write fluently

·         High school diploma as minimum education.

·         Very good knowledge and ability to use MS Office applications,

·         Have planning and organizational skills,

·         Strong ability to multitask, handle details and meet deadlines effectively,

·         Strong communication skills,

·         Meticulous, well- organized, detailed -oriented and ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills, 

·         Good team-player.

JOB DESCRIPTION

·         Keeping the office database and filing system up to date and organized

·         Provide information by answering questions and requests

·         Write emails on behalf of other office staff

·         Organize meetings,

·         Making travel organizations such as flight tickets, hotel reservations,

·         Coordinate office procedures

·         Greet and assist visitors to the office
